Rev. Ken and Trudi Blount’s lives were transformed in 1971 when Trudi experienced a miraculous healing that restored her eyesight after years of severe impairment from a childhood accident. Witnessing this miracle led Rev. Blount to receive Christ, setting the course for their lifelong ministry. Rev. Blount’s ministry began in the 1980s when he worked with Willie George on The Gospel Bill Show. As the beloved character “Nicodemus,” Rev. Blount acted, wrote, directed, and created music for more than 200 episodes that aired worldwide, helping introduce millions of children to the Gospel. During the 1990s, the Blounts also served as music directors at Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In 2002, God directed the Blounts to launch their own ministry focused on strengthening families. They have since traveled extensively, teaching believers how to build strong marriages and raise children to serve Christ. After more than 40 years of dedication to family ministry, Rev. Blount still remains committed to reaching children. Today he partners with his son, Joshua, creating fun, Gospel-centered worship for kids and churches around the world.
